Phenix city police department/ phenix city muncipal court I was phycial assaulted by my neighbor during a traffic stop when they followed me from their home and even had their kids follow us and block us from going around them and slapping my cell phone out of my hand during a traffic stop got out of their car screaming and yelling but its all on video phenix city Alabama

The phenix city police are not taking my assault very serious! I been having consent problems with my neighbors because of a neighbor who lived across the street from me who got away with spreading false rumors and falsely accusing us! So these neighbors next to them think they have some type of authority over me that they can follow us and stalk us and have their kids follow us harassing us! This incident happen on 05/29/2018 when we were leaving our home the kid's parents had already left first then they had their kids follow us when we left our driveway. They followed us all over town having their son block us from going around them! Then when we got to a red light downtown phenix city we then tried to proceed then their father started to yell profanities screaming and yelling at us telling us don't mess with him. But I beg his pardon him his wife and kids was ganging up on us and messing with us, having them follow us around to keep from passing them! They do not own the road to do that! The father created an unsafe condition when we got to a red light when the loud mouth wife got out of the car and telling me to stop filming her son! Really you're having your son trying to wreck us and CUTTING US OFF! and you don't want us to film it! Oh, so they think its okay to harass and verbal abuse me and assault me. Then the father got out of the car yelling at me to stop filming or he would do it himself. So he slapped my cell phone out of my hand and hurt my hand. My mom then speeds off away from him but the phone was still recorded them calling us the B word several times. Here it is 07/08/2018 and nothing about them allowing me to file assault charges against him. This was an unprovoked attack. But they thought they had authority because these other neighbors falsely accused us but the phenix city police and the court sided with them. So they thought the police is going to side with them and get me in trouble even though I didn't do anything!

My cell phone still recorded everything when he thought he turned it off. But his DEATH THREATS about me being a dead man was recording. So I'm laughing at these to racist pigs! I HAVE RIGHT TO RATHER IF THEY LIKE IT OR NOT!

Even though the police will not do anything to the actual felon criminal but only to the victims. I will still have it on video. These neighbors are full of it telling me to stop recording them when they are yelling and screaming at us and following us, even having their own kids block us from passing them and going on about our business. When we did pass them the creep went off the deep end telling us don't mess with him! Really jerk you are preventing us from passing you having your own kids speed up for us not to pass you! And we are messing with you! HE IS FULL OF IT!
No, i will never stop recording someone who is unjustly bothering me. And then falsely accusing me of messing with them! Everyone else is a self-righteous hypocrite!

I'm not going to let this recent mental/physical assault emotional abuse from my neighbors get me down or control my life. That is what puts outrage in ashley and chaz hawthorne because we didn't let their unfriendliness and not speaking to us bother me/us. For 6 years now we have been harassed and emotionally abused by ashley and chaz hawthorne renters and their racist hypocrite neighbors next to them. The motivation behind the assault/emotional abuse is we have gone on living from this horrible ordeal we were put through 6 years ago.
I have the assault/emotional abuse Because I know the police will not let me file charges. And calling me mentally retarded was a hate slur and hate crime. And they are violating my civil rights and ruining my life! by telling untrue things to people and to their renters! and its defamation and slander!
ITS JUST TO BAD IF ASHLEY OR CHAZ HAWTHORNE DON'T WANT ME/US TO HAVE ANYTHING. THEY DON'T OWN ME AND NEITHER TO THESE OTHER NEIGHBORS!
