 I am a registered Pharmacist in the states of MS and LA. My professional career spans 50 years. As a Pharmacist, I take an interest in natural medicines, and the conditions for which they are recommended. Lately, a number of products have been in the news. Garcenia HCA and various colon cleansers are at the top of the list. Some of these products have merit. Efficacy is not the basis for this report. This report addresses the marketing practices of PHENOM HEALTH, an internet only company, operating out of Las Vegas, NV. Phenom Health is actually an abandoned trademark, and is using Amazon in its marketing scheme. While reviewing various Garcenia products, I researched www.garcenialeanextreme.com. There were no prices on the homepage of the website, therefore, I proceeded to the order page to find the product and price. In orderto get the price, I entered my cc information. The prices are outrageously high, so I backed out without placing an order. A week later, we received an order containing two products, and my bank account was billed for 4.95, and an automatic shipment schedule was established. Before 30 days had passed, my bank account had been billed for almost 170.00. I attempted to contact customer support, to no avail. They "cannot find a record" of my order. Of course not. I did not order. Email to customer support is fruitless. Please advise all of your members to avoid Phenom Health.
