I placed an order for a medication called Phentermine on phentermineNY.com.

Through an online form they asked medical related questions, and I filled those out. They asked for my physicians name and number, which I provided. They had other products for sale but I did not order or ask for any of them. When placing the order there was no indication that I would receive anything from them but the phentermine medication.

The receipt they sent me via email only indicated my order number.

They did not send me phentermine. They sent me a product they call Phentreamine VI. They did not ask me if it was ok to substitute. They did not call, write, or email me. I did not approve this switch. It was done without my permission. On there order page and the page you pick the medication there is no statement they would do this. They did this without telling me they would and did it without my permission. They are very deceptive and unwilling to be straightforward.

I filed with the attorney general, VISA, Better Business Bureau, and post office.
