John P Kapitan is a lying, dishonest man that provides for his family at the expense and misery of other families. His specialty is taking families to court that can not afford to defend themselves, and getting them evicted from their homes. He could care less that the children of his victims are left homeless. He can still go home at the end of the day and enjoy his family, providing for their needs with his blood money earned at the expense of others less fortunate. If necessary, he will lie to a judge or submit false documents to boost his case.

His mother would surely be ashamed of the monster she raised and let loose on society. He professes to believe in God and attend church - what a hypocrite! There will be a special h*** for Kapitan and others like him.

As an added leverage, his wife (Nancy Chapman) works in the office of a court appointed trustee. Isnt that convienent to insure his opponents demise. Great example he sets for daughter Marie.

The world will be a much better place when John P Kapitan finally meets his demise. Hopefully this will be sooner rather than later. He is truly a sleaseball with no morals.
