Phil Jason Haberman DJ Drager Under investigation with TEXAS DMV for license plate fraud Sarasota Fl

Just whenI thought Phil couldn't surpass his demonstartion of stupidity, he proves me wrong!

His 1998 White Mustang coupe has been sporting US PARATROOPER plates. What's wrong with that? Well, these plates are from TEXAS, when Phil has resided in FLORIDA for the past two decades.

Apparently, with one of his last eight (8) (yes, e-i-g-h-t) various discharges and 2 Other Than Honorable Discharges, he has made up an honorable discharge and paratrooper certificate, and obtained a Texas specialized plate...

To obtain a specialized plate, a person must possess documents showing an honorable discharge, and proof or passing proficiency tests while assigned or attached to an airborne unit, the Airborne Department of the U.S. Army, Army Infantry School or participated in at least one combat parachute jump. Phil may have presented a certificate of jump school in 2003, but he was not enliosted in 2003, and again, 2 OTH and multiple outings at various bases should have precluded him from getting pass the application process. But, then again, who verified his documents?

Submitting false documents to the Texas DMV is a 3rd Degree Felony.

So, somebody informed me Phil is now hiding his white Mustang in the garage and driving the newer red convertible. That vehicle also has some history of false documents, too.

Ryan Blue contacted me a few years back saying good ol Phil was going to buy his vehicle with his military pay he received under OTH conditions, and before he changed the title and ownership, Ryan somehow received traffic citations and parking violations in his name while Phil drove the vehicle in Florida. Also, the Title on the vehicle is suspicious as being signed by "Agent" and not the owner...

So if you see DJ DRAGER, um, Phil Haberman in Sarasota Florida with Texas US Paratrooper plates, stop and ask him how he got them...
