Phil Monroe Rips off his workers, keeps for himself, steal homeowners money Bluffton South Carolina

 Ricky Phil Monroe is a rip off. Me and my brother worked on a condo in hilton head for him and we were working 12 hour days for a month. He would come to work drinking and then yell at us for not getting things done on time. He said he would pay us at the end of the job. So when we got it all finished. I went to collect and phil said he can't pay for a couple weeks even though I saw the check and he said he needed the first check to pay his bills and I would have to wait. He Never paid me or my brother. He owes us 1,000. Bucks. Now he's been ignoring my calls and texts. I also seen him cash a homeowner down payment check and use it for himself.
