Phil Prince makes all kinds of claims about his "big time" businesses, his line of silk clothing, and other products -- but he and his wife Lucille are nothing but liars and frauds. They have cheated many people out of millions of dollars thru their investment scams.

HE HAS OPERATED UNDER THESE COMPANY NAMES:

* Silk Fashion Galleries
* Silk Racing
* International Design
* Prince Resort Group
* Modular Store Co.

....AND OTHERS....only used to scam people out of money.

I have personally had him make promises to me and my friends about "becoming models" and other big fabricated pie-in-the-sky claims. However, it was nothing but a SCAM.

He had an office in Vegas at: 1641 E. Flamingo #9. And he also had the office on Wilshire Bvd. in Los Angeles. He uses these places to "impress" his victims -- and then runs scams on them. He and Lucille set up many corporations in several states and lied about "investments" and a lot worse.

I have been lied to and cheated by Phil Prince also. He told me and my wife that he wanted us to be "models" for his new line of silk clothing. He claimed he was going to sponsor some big shows in Las Vegas...and wanted us to be in them. He also cheated some of my friends out of tons of money by running his investment scams on them. He never paid anyone for their work, for services rendered or for using their credit.

I know he ripped off the following people:

* Dr. M. Miller (Las Vegas, NV)
* Attorney W. Melquist

.....and there are many others who have received his BAD CHECKS ---been lied to...had him breach contracts...and are the victims of other fraudulent business PHIL PRINCE deals.

We have reported all of the bad checks, fraudulent scams and cheating to the Attorney Generals in CA and in NV. We also filed complaints with the MAJOR FRAUD DIVISION of the District Attorney in Los Angeles and in Las Vegas.
