Philadelphia Police Department is Extremely Crooked! Philadelphia Pennsylvania

As of January, 2013, a six-member Philadelphia police narcotics squad has already cost taxpayers over a million dollars to settle misconduct lawsuits against them. Several additional lawsuits are pending. Dozens of formal and informal citizen complaints have been made against said cop thugs, all of which were criminally covered up by what Amnesty International has suggested is the world's most criminal police force. Philadelphia prosecutors have announced that they will no longer accept testimony from these six cops, indirectly implying that they rob, assault, and frame innocent taxpayers who ironically pay them for protection! Yet, these six felons are STILL cops, unaccountable for their crimes, as is usually the case for Philadelphia's crooked cops. Said six thugs include: Officers Perry Betts, Brian Reynolds, Michael Spicer, Thomas Liciardello, John Speiser, and Lt. Robert Otto, who oversaw the unit.
