Philip & Burns Harrassing calls from Philip & Burns exacerbated my elderly mother's health Buffalo New York

To all concerned,

For the past several months my parents received harassing phone calls from an individual at Philip & Burns. We believe the representative at Philip & Burns uses the alias: Mr. Reynolds. According to my parents, these calls have become unbearable and excruciatingly painful. The tactics they applied in order to intimidate my parents, has in fact contributed to some of their recent presenting health conditions. Here's the catch: My parents have never had any involvement or connection to the debt Philips & Burns is attempting to collect on. I took the liberty of calling Mr. Reynolds and briefly discussed my position about their tactics and the potential harm they have caused by falsely implicating my parents. I also spoke to them about the debt, and requested written verification and the conditions and/or premise that substantiate their position. Mr. Reynolds responded angrily, and continued to invoke harassment tactics on me to produce a desired result (which is to pay a debt that has been in dispute for over 8 years). My next step is to a) file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Buffalo, NY, and b) file a harassment suit that has attributed to my mother's current health condition.
