Unfortunately a man called philip patmon came into my life as an employer. He purchased a salon that I had been working at for over a year, he knew absolutely nothing about the business and it was pretty obvious let alone the fact that he wasn't a hairstylist . So long story semi short, myself and the two other employers should had quit on him the first four weeks of him being the new owner but since we had developed relationships with our clients it was hard to just walk out and leave especially when your supposed boss is feeding you a bunch of BS about when he was going to call in payroll or when he thinks we can go cash our paycheck , this would be him telling us two to three weeks after our paycheck would be due.....what a nightmare this man was you have no idea, my finances were a mess. The salon finally closed down because he pretty much drove it into the ground, oh did I mention that four weeks prior to the salon closing down we all told him we were not coming in anymore because he was a month behind in payroll, but I don't know how he did it but we went back, he had conned us again, I was doing haircuts in the dark because the power was out, then the next day it was the phone then the next day he had an eviction notice for not paying the rent for eight months , he had only owned that salon for 15 months. He owes me about 1300 dollars for work he never payed me for and the two other employees around the same amount. This man needs to know that there are serious consequences to all of his wrong doings and to stop ruining other peoples lives for his own selfish needs, I don't care how long it takes me to get my money I'm going after him, see you in court philip.
