This is the 3rd letter i have written to this company with no reply or one of take what we offer or forget it. DO NOT buy from Philips they will take your money then rip you off when its time to replace there DEFECTIVE product

I'm still awaiting a reply from my letter to your home office that I sent last week as to how best to resolve this problem. I see you are now offering a 50 DLP Magnavox model #50ML8105D/17. I found the same one on line for less than the 60 CRT model # 60PP9200D/17. I know that Philips has 3 brands of TV's the low end is the Zenith the middle is the Magnavox and your top of the line is the Philips brand. As I had stated before, I can buy the Philips 60 model # 60PP9200D as SAM's for $1299.00 in fact if you care to check here in Vacaville Ca 95687 they have a 60 Philips for $900.00 there display model with full warranty. If you would like, I will send you a copy of SAM's pricing sheet showing the cost its item # 128160 A.

I know and understand what you are trying to do and its not going to fly with me. You think by offering a 50 DLP of a lower quality that you will quiet me down, but it won't work. I think after all the information I've sent to your home office there will be a change in the way you think. I've given you almost if not more than $9,800.00 and you now want to give me an even cheaper model than before? I still find it very hard to believe you now ONLY have a 50 DLP at Philips? Is this what you consider good customer service???? I want to thank you for your magnanimous offer, but for now I will have to decline it. It may be a misnomer addressing this to a Service Supervisor because EVERY time I called Philips I was told there were no Supervisors their. So maybe the proper address should have been to whom it may concern instead!

The correct thing for you at Philips to do is upgrade me to the 60 DLP. Again I ask you how you would feel if this was happing to you the same way I feel I bet!
