Phillip Andre McNair and Whitney Nicole McNair Anthony, Tony or Antonio McNair and Whitney McGee Committed rental fraud, assaulted pregnant woman and held us at gunpoint Sanford, Broadway, Erwin Aberdeen, Sanford, Broadway, NC North Carolina

This couple rents rooms out of trailers and purposely misleads you into thinking they own them. We found out that they were actually tenents, and had not paid rent in months when the landlord came to the property looking for them. Me and my fiance signed a lease with the actual owner after this incident, and refused to pay the fraudsters. Naturally, they were angry and in denial claiming that they "own the house". I'm sure the fact that they were renting each of the three bedrooms out for $500 while I was now renting the property in whole for $600 had something to do with it. They came onto the property and stole our internet modem while we were not home. I actually found it quite amusing that they chose to take the stock modem and not the much more expensive one. We promptly filed a police report with the Harnett County Police Department which of course, led to absolutely nothing. Things quickly escalated when Whitney tried to gain access one afternoon through the front door. I, 8 months pregnant at the time, attempted to keep her out while calling the police. She still had a key that worked despite our new landlords claim that they changed the locks. When she was inside the property, she proceeded to throw my various belongings outside and then shove me. The police didn't seem phased that a pregnant woman about to give birth at any given moment was assaulted in her own home. Because I did not have the lease agreement on hand, the police said it was out of their hands and that I could not keep her out of the trailer due to the fact she had not been formally evicted. Police left, leaving my pregnant self alone with a woman who just tried to harm me.

It only took about 5 minutes from the time the authorities left to Whitney then locking me out of my home and leaving. My fiance was at work during this whole ordeal. He arrived home about an hour later and was just about to run back out to buy brand new locks when Whitney Nicole McNair and her husband Phillip Andre McNair came through the back door. Phillip had a handgun pointed at my fiance while they cornered us into the bathroom, and shut the door behind them to prevent us from leaving. Whitney wrapped her hand around my neck. Correct me if I'm wrong, but in the eyes of the law this a form of kidnapping. They eventually fled, and the authorities were contacted again. They were not able to locate them in their system, which is funny since a simple search on my end brought up Whitney's full name, previous address, DOB, and criminal record. My fiance attempted to put a warrant out for their arrest, but since we did not know their current address it was denied. They didn't care that these violent criminals were on the loose terrorizing innocent people.

The perpetrators never attempted to gain access to our home again after this incident, but continued to harrass us via phone. A detective contacted us for information but nothing came of it. These criminals find their victims via Craigslist and "rent" properties around Sanford and Harnett County in NC. They may still be residing in the area. Her last know addresses are in Aberdeen, Erwin, Sanford, and Bunnlevel. Her DOB is (((REDACTED)))/1988 and usually wears a headscarf. Phillip is over 6ft medium complextion with a crooked tooth. They took our SSNs for "background checks" They may be commiting identity fraud with their victims information.
