PHILLIP ANDRONICOS AIR AMERICAN CARIBBEAN PHILIP ANDRONICOS D.O.T. fraud, Florida consumer fraud, misrepresentation of business activities FT LAUDERDALE, Florida

We are the Haitian relief work Doctors that Mr. Andronicos refers to in his response to our FACTUAL representation of what occurred on when we charted his non existent aircraft for a trip to Haiti to carry relief supplies and to do humanitarian work.

1. He states that he paid for the Spirit airlines flight out of his own pocket. WRONG, it was our money that we had sent him months in advance for the trip. He states the failure of the flight was to non delivery of the aircraft in question. WRONG, he stills does not have an aircraft and has never operated an aircraft of his own. He states that he used to own a Saab 340. He painted his logo on the tail and flew people on it while it was operated and was owned by someone else.

2. He states in his response that his AIRLINE has a different baggage policy. What airline would that be. He has no airline that is registered with the D.O.T or FAA. 

3. He states that he wants us to come by and pick up a $1300.00 check for the difference between what we sent him and what was left of our money. He states he wants a retraction for that $1300.00 that is our money anyway. He now is calling us to make a deal because his fraudulent activities are being exposed not only by us but others.

If you google this man and all of his PAPER companies you will see it is just a long series of start up companies that go nowhere. 

If you try to do business with menagerie of smoke and mirrors and his alleged former chief pilot of Alitalia you will find out what this scam artist is all about.

He states his NEW airline will be flying on NOV 15th. There is no aircraft, no airline and no expection of either.
