Phillip Prescott Brown a.k.a Phil Brown has not paid child support for his first born daughter since our divorce in 1982. I left him because he beat me, cheated on me with his ex-girlfriend and then we finally got a divorce, and he has run from his responsibility ever since. He chooses to take odd jobs paid under the table where he cannot be traced from his ssn# (which incidentally is 323-54-7921.) I had the state of Florida trying to locate him and at last word he was doing landscaping in 1996 in Vicksburg, Ms. My daughter has had a very hard time growing up not understanding why her dad was not around. I am now trying to use supportkids.com to locate him to get the money he needs to start paying back. He uses a PO Box as an address, and never has any bills put in his name (he lives off of other women I am sure.)
