My mother used this lawfirm to help her with an automobile accident. Its been almost two years, the service has been terrible, they never return phone calls, she has been assigned two lawyers because the first one did such a bad job. The assistant, just as bad.

After two years of waiting, they are telling her she owes them money. They completely took advantage of her because she doesnt know the law or her rights.

They are in business for one reason only, TO MAKE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE. I dont believe they care about their clients, or even care about this posting. as long as people keep using their services they will continue to rip people off.

My advice, NEVER use this law firm or any law firm that advertises on TV as much as these guys do. Use someone that comes recommended or look in the phonebook for a single atty, not a big law firm.

These guys SUCK and they deserve to be out of business.
