They are primarily on the Internet they have at least three web sites.
They supposedly sell puppies . You purchase puppy ,then you send the money to western union,they supposedly try to send the puppy via Pet Express but then there are a couple of reasons they can't ship your puppy and they want you to pay more money 990.00 to be exact for insurance and crate.and they say that 900.00 dollars will be refunded to you once the puppy arrives.
He actually pretended to be from pet express but the number I was supposed to call them back on was the same nnumber the guy had given me that was supposedly Phillips pets home .
he actually called me in person to try and get me to send more money he was of oriental race spoke very broken English
they have several websites all connected Phillips pets home ,Pomeranians pets home ,Allen's bull dogs, pets express .
The sadest part is I had a feeling it was a ripp off but didn't listen to my feelings or pay attention to all the red flags I wanted that puppy so bad!,
