Phoenix Communications VA, Danny Cruff Photography, Danny Cruff refuses to deliver pictures we paid for Vinton Virginia

   Danny Cruff with Phoenix Communications VA took my child's soccer pictures on October 7th.  At the time the photos were taken, we paid for a photo package with a check.  The check was cashed just a week or so later, but to date (December 17th) we still have not received the pictures.

   The entire soccer team has not received the pictures that we paid for.  There are 2 other soccer teams that are having the same problem.  We have contacted Mr. Cruff several times and each time he promises to provide us with the pictures, saying he is working with the coach to schedule a time to drop them off.  The excuse he is using is a water leak in his basement/home office damaged the photographs and he's had to reorder from his supplier.  I can print the same quality pictures out at Walmart in less than an hour...why is it taking him over 2 months?! The last promise was that he would have them to us at the end of last week.  This did not happen.

  He is not responding to emails and a comment left on his facebook page requesting information on the issues was deleted without a response.  This man is obviously a crook and should not be in business.  Stay away from this business!
