Tabetha Jones Henley and Phoenix Fire publishing are a scam, fraudlulent publishing company. They contract writers, demanding money up front - the first sure sign that a publisher is bogus. They take money up front for services that an author can do for themselves for free, like creating accounts on Lightningsource and/or Createspace, then either refust to publish the book, or falsify sales reports so as not to have to pay royalties to an author.
Formerly Mystic Press, this company changes names whenever they're reported to the authorities and the heat level gets too high. They change the name on the website and the accounts associated with it and carry on with business as usual under a new name.
Mystic Press, Phoenix Fire Publishing, Tabetha Jones Henley also doesn't pay employees. There are artists and editors that haven't been paid in nearly two years or more for services rendered, as well as Mystic Press authors that haven't been paid since the company switched over to Phoenix Fire.

Tabetha Jones Henley also represents her company fraudulently, creating multiple alias IDs which she presents as authors and other associates to make her company seem more prolific or impressive than it really is.

A check with the chamber of commerce in her area shows that this business is not registered in any legal form, so may not even exist as a legal business entity. It is also possible that the money swindled from authors and employees is not properly reported to the IRS, but rather filtered into alternate accounts (like a child's account) to avoid paying taxes on them.

Run, don't walk, away from this one.

The person who reported this had covered for a plagiarist named Robert L. Baupader as her co-horts went for my SSN;  so she might be responsible for ending careers of those who have very little to begin with.  I have to go on record I was offerin to teach Jones how to run a publishing outfit like Lake Fossil Press when it came to Janrae Frank who had pulled this before. I had been accused of being a fraud but when you are doing everything and very little funding;  that's not grounds for a fraud.

J.T. Larsen and her circle twist half-truths about another company and how the anthology was a rip from my first science fiction work.    So if she wants to ruin somene ruin those who had plagiarized and went after someone's XXX-XX-XXXX then fabricated a letter to have a novella removed when it came to fabrciated sights in the title.
