Purchased a remanufactured trans from them. Since they were local I picked up the trans. They charged me $450 for the core and Alex told me that they would cut a check for the core charge and give it to me when I dropped off the old trans. Swapped in the new trans (acts up a little when cold - it won't go into overdrive).

Drove to their shop and dropped off the core. Gabriel looked at it and said it was fine and told the recep to cut me a check. Recep said owner was not there to sign, so she would mail it within a day. A week later and no check. I have tried calling numerous times but there is no answer. It is now 2 weeks since I dropped off the core and no response from them.
