Phoenix Managment Unprofessional, Rude, Inconsiderate, Liars, Creepy Middlesex New Jersey

 RECEPTIONIST BEWARE!!! I started working here about 2 months ago I was a receptionist, with what little information I was actually given I was in charge of setting up appointments for interviews. It was fine at first, but then people would start cancelling because they said they read reports of the company being a scam.

I was confused because I couldnt understand why people thought it was a scam, I was only trying to set them up for interviews. This was when I started realizing how much the company lies or just refuses to answer questions. First of all they claim you'll be given an entry level managment, not true at all, your entire training is you selling perfumes in parking lots, outside stores, etc. Second they claim you'll be making $30k a year, also not true, your salary during your trainging is based on how many bottles of this cheap knockoff perfume you sell. I cant express how guilty I feel about lying to people telling them its not commisson based salary or a sales position when in reality thats exactly what it is.

Now for any receptioist looking to work here BEWARE not only will Donny try hitting on you like he did with me, but once he found out I had a boyfriend his whole attitude toward me changed and he was always rude. Also they blame the receptionist for people not showing up to interviews, how am I to blame for that? I'm setting them up for an interview time and also giving them the little information I'm allowed to give, its not my fault when people use common sense and look up the company and see these reports and no longer wish to work there.

So after weeks of being blamed for things out of my control the final straw for me came when a woman was leaving from an interview and tripped outside our building, instead of being courteous and helping her up or making sure she was okay, Donny stood there and laughed at her. That was it for me I knew I couldnt work any longer for this company.
