Phoenix Singles ... AKA: Phoenix Singles Meetup High Pressure Sales with Promises for Seniors and Other Age Groups to Assure You of Many Quality Single Matches Just For You. Scottsdale Arizona

Like most singles (myself being a senior citizen)  would like to meet someone of quality to spend my life with either a travel partner, companion, or a more serious relationship......     The internet is loaded with many single sites...  BUT, I have never been so mislead or high pressured in sales from these people at Phoenix Singles in Scottsdale, AZ.  ( Not to mention the cost is absorbinate in my estimation....especially for Seniors who are on Social Security.....

I was patient for a couple of months,  with little to no activity.   I tried to communicate with a few of the male members, but found when searching their data base, most of the men I might consider knowing were "inactive."   I talked to Gertrude who pressured me to sign the agreement.    I asked Gertrude for a refund and expressed my disappointment. ( Gertrude said "they won't give you your money back!)   She transferred me over to Diana the Supervisor....  Diana said it was because the summer months in Arizona are so hot,   a lot of people travel outside of AZ to beat the summer heat and go inactive..  I agreed this might be the problem, but then I ask if I could get a refund as it certainly was not conducive at this time to meet someone....    The answer was "We don't give refunds)    

Diana explained to me there were never refunds but to appease me, she would upgrade me at no charge....  She made some phone calls to a few men, but only connected to two who were even available.....  The funny part of that is one of them  travels all the time, and was in Alaska....  then would be off again to another adventure....   The other one, whom I did venture out with, well lets just say it was a true diaster for me. 

I have spoken to Diana also about her staff's lacking of knowledge or training....  When I call with a question, inverably they don't know the answer, and transfer me to at least 2 other people who seriously are guessing..... ex:   "I guess its because bla bla bla."     

I have written numerous e-mails and spoken to Diana about my discouragement and disappointment of the promises and excuse that Phoenix Singles has not delivered......         I have even spoken with Diana about prorating my time, even though I was cohersed into being patient......      

I was a Manager for many years in my Industry, and I never in my wildest dreams felt I would ever be taken advantaged of for a large sum of money, in my estimation,  that was nothing but a hoax for me.......  Trust me, it is a large sum of money for a Senior Citizen who is on Social Security...  In fact, it's a large sum of money for anyone in my way of thinking for getting vertually nothing in return.  

Whomever reads this, don't get suckered in.....just don't go.....  They have telemarkers that paint a very rosey picture, and the only thing their staff is trained for is "ripping you off w/high pressure sales and a big smile!!!!!    

I realize this is only my opinion, but since visiting this "Ripoff Report Site" I have found I'm not the only one.   Wish I had known about this site before........
