Phoenix Used Restaurant Equipment Linda Lee Purdy Tony Consignment Theft Phoenix Arizona

After suffering the financial loss of loosing my business, I reached out to Phoenix Used Restaurnt Equipment to put my used kitchen equipment on consignment. After reviewing their website they appeared to be a heartfelt company who wanted to help. After speaking with them over the phone they assured me again they could help and I allowed them to come to my store the same day to retrieve the equipment.

When arriving they were very unprofessional but I was desperate and needed some sort of help to salvage any last income I could get. Despite losing 95% of my investment i would recieve a min $10,000 back on my equipment which would help my family tremendously.

A few months went by with no word from Phoenix Used Restuarant Equipment, I decided to stop by their location and check on the progress of the items I put on consignment. After walking the store I noticed 99% of my equipment was gone. When I approached the employees at the front counter they were of no assistance, I was told I needed to call the owner Tony. (I later found out Tony is not the owner, the real owner is Linda Lee Purdy) Tony has a reputation of theft in other states which is why his girl friend holds ownership.

I have reached out to Tony countless times and never did I receive a call back. I continued to go into the store to find resolution, for over 9 months the employees of Phoenix Used Restuarant Equipment have given me the run around. I was finally able to get ahold of their outside accountant, through her I learned they had sold or taken apart all of my equipment and never kept tracking of the bill of sale. When I confronted the employees about what I had learned from their accountant, I was told that was not true however no documentations were ever given to prove her wrong. The outside accountant was let go shortly after she had given me that information. 

Please do not use this company, they survive off stealng equipment from struggling business owners. They are con artists and thiefs.
