I will keep this simple. This organization called Phone Detective has no phone number listed anywhere on the site. They don't answer emails and when they can't locate the owner of a phone number you are looking for, they give you credits, not a refund, although they promise a refund. In my search I also used www.freephonetracer.com. They couldn't find the phone number's owner, either, but quickly issued a refund.
