I found Phoeniz reman trans on Ebay and called them. They told me I could save $100 by not using Ebay and they would give me a great warranty too! I paid for the transmission and it did not work properly nor were any new gaskets installed (which I had to do before installation). I called repeatedly for a replacement that worked properly. After talking to that lethargic idiot Gabriel several times, Frank (owner) once, Willow (the only one who had any type of brain whatsoever), and sending a nasty letter (which they say they never received even though I faxed it 3 times), I finally got another transmission a year later. This transmission didn't even leak when I poured the fluids in it! After a day of installation the transmission worked OK... Unless of course you need to use reverse for any reason! I guess Frank and his croonies don't need reverse since they are always on the run and moving forward scamming the world. BUT... The big thing that hurt me even after the $1300 initial hit for the bad trans was the fact that Frank Charged me $1000 for the second transmission that was supposed to be under warranty!!! So now I am out almost $2500 and still do not have a transmission that works properly. We are still using the old one w/o 3rd gear. In short, I would like to have a day or two with ol Frank in a sound-proof/stain-proof room. This guy needs his a*s beat thoroughly! If you have the opportunity to deal with these low-life scamsters, please run the other way! Thank you. Disgustedly yours....
