Phonestars.com -Karen They fired me on the lie that I didn't finish my 20 hrs/week Hollywood Nationwide

A week ago, my contract with phonestars was terminated on the lie that I didn't finish my 20 hrs/week minimum work. I have proof that I did my all 20 hrs and some extra minutes over since I kept a log in/log off times every week. This company is terrible, as others said, yes most of the callers ask for pedophilia, besides that there are too many hung ups which messes with your overal rating, hence screwing up with your pay check. Another issue I had with them, I had return clients, men I was talking from 2 calls of 45 minutes at time, to 4,5 calls worth of 45 minutes each , back-to back, the company took my return callers away. The clients told me specifically that they can't reach me on my hot box anymore when I am logged in. My weekly pay check dropped drastically to a bit over 100$/ 20 hrs/week! 

My contract was ended suddenly because Karen (the manager) wanted me to go on the line every day, which was NOT stipulated in the contract. The only thing that was stipulated in the contract was that you can log in when ever you want as long as you accomplish 20 hrs/ week until 12 am Pacific time. They ended the cotract without notifying me. On Monday, the next day, I tried to get into my online account, where I can see my log in times etc, I had no more access to my account. I was locked out. I called my manager, Karen and she said I didn;t finish my 20 hours/ week so my contract has ended. She said I made 19 hrs and 50 minutes. When I confrunted her and told her I have proof I finished my 20 hours, she said that well she can't do nothing about it anymore, the decision was made and she went on telling me that she warned me to enter daily on the phone line. 

Also some of my repeat clients, besides complaining that they couldn't reach to talk to me while i was on the line, they said they heard about all sort of inside tricks and how the management have their favorites workers to which they transfer your callers to. 

So to shorten this up, IF you don't do the 20 hours minimum as THEY want you to, according to THEIR wants, NOT what is stipulated in the contract, they will mess with your log in times, cutting off from your time pretending that YOU were at fault for not respecting the contract and also they take away from you what ever repeat clients you have, to mess with your pay check!
