PnonestoreUSA.com appears on Ebay along with a website, advertising new and used cell phones for sale, The claim to have inspected and graded the cell phones and provide a 30 day warranty, but YOU pay the shipping both ways. If they send you crap in the first place, because you'll have to pay to ship it back, they have a good chance of off-loading their garbage.

I ordered a used Samsung A747 phone. Because it arrived when stated, even though I had not yet charged the phone, I stupidly left positive feedback on Ebay. After the phone was charged and I tried it, people could not hear me when I spoke through the phone. I contacted the seller and they sent me another phone, with the understanding I would ship the other back. The next one arrived and I had the identical problem. What are the chances two phones, both of which were supposed to be inspected, would develop the identical "callers-can't-hear-me" problem waiting on the shelf or in transit?

I took (do you hear inconvenience here?) the phone to my local ATT store, who confirmed the phone was defective (the speaker.).

I called the seller and told them I though they should pay the return shipping on the phones because they sent me phones that had not been properly inspected. They told me where to go, and I can assure you, it wasn't to this website.

I feel they are a total scam. They have no downside, other than the off-chance that someone like me writes a report on a site like this, to sending defective phones to customers. Some customers will do nothing and PhonestoreUSA succeeds in selling defective crap. The worse thing that happens to the seller is they have to give you only the price of the phone back.

In my opinion, these guys are a fraud. Beware!!!!
