Purchased a vacuum cleaner on eBay from photographsbyroper for $355.00 on 8/18/09. Ten days later, after not receiving any confirmation of shipping, I contacted Austin, who claimed to have been out of town. He indicated he would ship the item immediately. After not receiving tracking information (again), I filed a dispute with the payment processor.
Now, 20 plus days later, the guy is MIA, and is receiving additional reports of non receipt of goods sold. This user kindly linked his business website (www.photographsbyroper.com) to his eBay user name. I can only imagine what kind of business ethics his real business uses!
The payment processor is unable to recover funds from their business account due to lack of funds!
Stay away from this business unless you are willing to lose your hard earned dollars.
