I don't know how these people can sleep at night. I've been part of a company that fell on hard times, but all along, we made every effort to let our customers be aware of the situation. Photo Point has unjustly ripped memories and money from thousands and thousands of people without any explanation whatsoever.

Have a happy holiday executives of Photo Point. Santa should bring you much more than coal.

I sent an email to support@photopoint.com demanding my money and photos back and a letter of explanation immediately. It can't hurt!
