I wanted to get this item in time for my mom and step dad a personalized moon globe on a stand with their picture engraved on it and a saying on the back of the globe. Apparently they have no update since I ordered it and they confirmed the order on Nov 30,2018. I purchased it for $39.95. And I  have emailed twice I get no answer. I have learned from other people they sometimes dont get the order until over a month later or they get double charged or its the wrong picture or it doesnt light up when you tap it. Or the just dont respond to your email, they dont refund people that are not satisfied nor refund for the overcharges sometimes people have paid even triple the price. They are ripping people off and there is no way to reach them. No address and people say the email address they provide is fake. They advertise on facebook misleading people.
