i have been ripped off by a man named Vikram Gautam who uses the alias Rajesh Mehta on the website phpinboxmailer.com located in Ahmedabad, India of my hard earned $100. i sent the amount to him via moneygram for purchase of email leads and mailer which i intended using for personal and marketing purposes. he confirmed receipt of the payment i sent and thereafter stopped replying my mesages. i would like this report to be published on the internet so as to help other people not to fall for the same scam. this people build websites just to scam people of their money. i have sent message after message to him pleading with him to be considerate before i decided to get this published. i waited a whole week without getting a reply. he reads my messages and refuses to reply so i am concluding i have been scammed of my $100 and i hope this will be published for all to see to prevent other innocent people out there from falling for the same scam !!!
