PHP Probid Lied about being able to make a custom side. Non-responsive after they couldn't. Internet

I contacted PHP Probid to create a site that would involve customization of their auction software. 

Before I paid for anything, I emailed them a detailed breakdown of what I needed done. They assured me they could do it. After paying, I received very slow response. I figured this was just the nature of the web development beast. Eventually I was told the site would be finished by the end of the month.

That time came and went and nothing (save some very basic changes) had been made to the software. I was told the sit was 75% complete and on task. 3 more weeks went by and no response. 

I ended up having to file a formal complaint with Paypal, and only got half of my money back, since the first payment I made (it was split in two) was outside of the 45 day window (I wouldn't doubt the people over at PHP Probid were betting on this).

Do NOT by any means sign on for custom software with them. If you do a quick search on them and customer service, you'll see some horrible reviews, even on the developer end. There are too many other good products out there for you to waste money here.
