Pic a boo baby All staff Ripoff, scam, terrible service, incompetent, dissatisfied customer Buena park California

I am filing this report because this company has ripped me of and caused my fiancé emotional distress. My fiancé is more than 16 wks along in her pregnancy and we went to pic a boo baby to find out the gender of our child. After two 30+ min appointments they were "unable" to determine the gender of my child. They claim that the umbilical cord was in the way both times. The messed up thing is excluding the fact that we both were let down tremendously both times is that on the second visit the technician said "I'm thinking girl but then agian I'm thinking boy." For two very excited parents to be this was very irritating to hear. Me and my fiancé went in there trusting that these people would provide a service that we paid for. Now we believe that the staff is incompetent and that they do not know what they are doing. After the second appointment we demanded a refund and they refuse to give me my refund yet they still have not provided a service that we paid for and that's illegal.
