Picerne Management : Bayside country club apartments We moved to a 2nd floor apartment here 3 months back. From Day 1, we have been facing, horrible noise of banging heating steam water pipe noise in our apartment, it is so LOUD that its been months we are not able to sleep properly, as a result of which my hair is falling down, my husband is having headaches. The noise is really loud and the apartment management team is NOT able to fix this problem. We want to move out of this apt but they are not willing to waive off lease termination fees, nor they are willing to reduce our rent, neither they would pay us the moving cost if we want to move out. Picerne management RI - Bayside country club apartments giving us a hard time, we are tenats here and facing serious problems and left without a sloution, we are stuck here: this is our complaint:

we moved to a 2nd floor apt 3 months back. From day 1, we have been facing horrible banging hammering noise of water heating pipes in our unit, it is so loud that we are unabel to sleep here properly, extremly noiosy during the day and gets bad during th night when it's silent, it has started affecting our health and well-being, there is no peace here, all noisy 24*7 on & off. Management team tried to put a restrictor and re-filled the boiler but the problem was not fixed. WE asked them to reduce our rent or either waive off the early termination fee/share the moving costs but they denied, which means we are stuck in this s**t without any solution , we are trapped here.This place in not livable, it is uninhabitable and it is a safety aspect too because the faulty heating pipes are banging each other all the time , we fear about our health and safety here. Too much frustarted here! do not ever try to rent this place.
