Picture Us, LLC They took great pictures but, left town before we got the complete order. Englewood, Colorado

On my yearly visit to our big shopping mall, a couple of guys had a kiost (?) and were approaching everyone to schedule a sitting for a portrait.  Knowing our family has never had pictures done, I decided to do it.  We had them taken on Novemer 5, 2011, it was fun, the photographer was very good at making everyone relax so, our pictures would turn out great.  We even got to preview them right afterwards and pick out which ones we liked the best.  Beings we'd never had this done we decided to get the big deluxe package.  They had sample of an oil portrait as an option, it looked so good, we ordered  quite a few of them.  All said and done, we spent $2000.00!!  It took 6 weeks to get the photos, our oil portraits were not done yet, they said.  "We got backed-up because of the holidays", they said.  After expressing concern, they said we'd be getting them in the mail cuz, the Picture Us store was leaving our area and going up to Montana!  If we had any problems, we could call them anytime.  It's now January 3, 2012 and no pictures.  I've called the number they gave me, no one returns my calls.  I've called the Colorado office, they're temporarily disconnected.  I've gotten online to research them and it's impossible to track them down. 

Now, we are attempting to work with the shopping mall but, they don't seem to want to get involved.  Believe it or not, before we had our little "photo-shoot", I even tried to check them out online to see if they were legitimate and there wasn't anything out there saying they were bad.  So, I guess we're stuck and ripped-off!!!  Please, if you see these guys, run the other direction-they are pretty good scam artists.
