Piehead abuses the privacy of job applicants, collects  applicant photos for fraudulent purposes, posts non-existent jobs on craigslist to collect photos for erotic purposes, and criminally harrasses applicants.

Boston head of human resources is Howard J. Davidson, of Arlington, MA, DOB 5/28/60 Since 2008 Davidson has
been posting non-existent jobs, both for the company (and for himself, at home) for the purpose of engaging in
erotic email conversations with  male job applicants and collecting their photos.

( Piehead claims Davidson is merely a Marketing guy but he is in charge of personnel for Boston.)

Owner Mark W. Troy knows all about it, but his only response has been to threaten complaining parties
with illegal nuisance  court action by his lawyer.

Troy refused to even review the complaint of one of Davidson's targets, or look at the mountain of evidence.

Have you applied to Piehead? Your Privacy is compromised. Most of Davidson's  craigslist job posts have been for
work needed by a homeowner, but he also posts asking for hirees at the company. Your photo is in Davidson's
private collection. You should never have been asked for a photo because the job was not for modelling.

Since 2008 Davidson has been obsessively posting requests for movers, landscapers, and other laborers
in order to quiz them on whether they are "fit" enough for jobs that do not exist. His city keeps changing, and he
offers work in Salem, Arlington, Lexington and elsewhere. When applicants repliy they get  incessant questions
about their age, height, weight, and athletic bqackground as well as requests for photos.

There never was any work. Davidson went so far as to email out a fradulent  photo of a backyard he said was in Salem
when an applicant asked to see the job in order to estimate it. Davidson was not even living in Salem.

On occasion he asks for a wrestling coach , and whether he is asking for a lansdcaper or coach the conversation
often turns to extremely creepy erotic asphyxiation.

He seems particularly interested in young male students and retirees whom he refers to as "daddies".

He has initiated email exchanges with applicants who have demanded that he cease in the past. This is illegal criminal
harrassment under Massachusetts state law. He just changes his name. He uses aliases and often goes by the
name of "David Cutter".

This is sick, creepy sexual gratification at the expense of unsuspecting targets and often males who have demanded
that he cease.

Stay Tuned. More information about this matter will be posted in the near future, here and elsewhere.

Howard Davidson, many scams

AUTHOR: Joe - ()

POSTED: Tuesday, July 09, 2013

In 2012 Howard Davidson had a marketing job at Dreamingcode in the Boston area. He as falsely representing himself as hiring for Dreamingcode, however he was not working in HR and couldn't have hired anyone. He had no authorization to place the ad at all! His ads appeared on Barefoot Student, and he was seeking a student to perform writing that was Howard Davidson's job to complete.

Same scam, different day.

He was simultaneously posting and ad for a non-existent moving gig at a fictitious home 10 miles from his home (Howard Davidson's home address has not changed in many years, he owns the same condo) in order to solicit males for extremely creepy wresting-themed erotic encounters in a "bait and switch" scam after telling them that the moving gig was filled.

Dreamingcode fired him within 2 days of getting the whole story.

Howard Davidson scammed me also.

It looks like Piehead has had the good sense to fire Howard since the first report, so I filed another, which can be viewed here:

Same individual though, although thankfully he never tried to get dirty with me, just thieve!

Piehead

AUTHOR: Bill - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, October 21, 2011

Some of Howard Davidson's fake "help wanted" ads have been for positions working for Piehead.com in Boston., where he serves as regional head of HR/Personnel. Many of his communications have been tracked by IP address to the ISP and network of Piehead.com, some ofthem to the NH headquarters.

Sometimes he  does these things while on company property, using the company's internet services, and  offers positions working for the company. At other times he uses his own cell phone and offers fake jobs for a fictitious homeowner.

Piehead.com owner Mark W. Troy has been aware of these facts for quite awhile now but his only response has been  to threaten one victim of Davidson's sick stalking campaign with malicious illegal action in court. Troy has refused to do what any normal HR department would do, and review the evidence.

Not a nice guy.

Stay tuned!
