The supposed owner JR Link of Pier Master Foundation Repair solicited to use them to repair the foundation for my property. He was very persistent and gave a lot of convincing reasons on why he is the right person or company to do the repair.
JR put a lot of pressure on a quick decision so I decided to use him to do the foundation repair. The price tag on the repair was $2,700.00.
According to his assessment, I will need 11 pilings to repair current and any future foundation problems.
After the job was done, JR Link asked that I write him a check instead of using a credit card. He also asked that I write the check directly to him as opposed to the company name. These should have been a bunch of red flags.
After a couple of days when the job was completed, some signs of foundation movement started to show like door sticking again. I immediately tried to reach JR Link.
When I tried to call him back, I keep getting the company voice mail. I called about 15x and left him a message as well as text messages. He called back once and promised to come by the next day. He never showed the next day.
I followed up with many more voice mails and text messages. He never returned any of my phone calls or text messages again.
Please help me at least get some of my money back or help other people from getting scammed by this man or company.

Pier Foundation Repairs demonstrated that they are a company that delivers and customer focus. The owner came out with the crew to make sure the problem was remediated. The owner was very pleasant during the process. He assured that the work will be done correctly and addressed. I wanted to thank the owner for putting forth this effort. By doing so, I could honestly say that I would use them again if the opportunity arises again. Thank you so much for the help.

The owner of the company personally came out on 11/26/2013 and followed up on the work previously done on the foundation. He made sure the crew came out and remediated ths issue. The owner made sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. He assured me that they do their business right. The owner even shared his direct number. I applaud this company for following up and making it right. For this reason. I would like to update my previous posting and retract my report and complain. Thank you for helping on this matter.
