Ok this guy has the emotions of a woman!!! For two months he has been saying that we owe him $20.... First off we didnt short him and secondly he never give us reciepts, so how can he prove that? He called us last night and said if we dont pay the 20 that he would evict us. He shows up the next morning and blocked me and my girlfriend and made us late for work. He demanded the money or he would kick us out. I ended up giving the money hoping he would leave me alone. He then threw a fake evicition notice and said its not about the 20, its about that stupid little b****, and pointed at my girlfriend. I went to get out of the car to defend her and my girlfriend mashed the gas and i think she ran over his foot. I'm laughing my f****** a** off thinking about it!!! hahahhahaha. so any ways dont rent from this guy!! he will walk into your house with out knocking, he will steal from you, and he treats you like s*** if you write him a check instead of giving cash. we all know hes keeping the money under the table and not claiming it on his taxes!!! we filed a report with shreveport police because my girlfriend is scared to go home now.. we are moving out tomorrow!!!!
