Pierre & Company Claiming i have a inheridance from someone i dont know as a family member Lome-Togo united kingdom London

I received a letter from someone outside of the united states claiming to be the principal attorney of a company named Pierre & Co in Lome-Togo saying he is a legal practitioner the guys name is Barrister Benjamin Pierre. He is supposingly sending me this letter because ther was a guy with the same last name as mine who he and his wife and only daughter died in a car accident on feb 25th of 2002 along De La Nachamba Road.

The guy claims he has made several attempts to my embassy here to locate any extended relatives and was unsuccessful and he feels it will be proper to present me as the next of kin of the deceased client so that i can receive the funds from his security finance company.

therefore he wants my consent to be paid these funds since i bear the same surplus name and equally the same country so that the proceeds of his security finace company valued at $10.5m (us dollars) can be paid to me. The guy writes we shall both share the funds and that the company issued him a notice to provide ther next of kin or his account will be confiscated. He wants my direct phone number and fax number and wants me to call him asap .
