Bob Rodgers of Piersol Homes appears to have "found" other companies home plans. The Magnolia Place is nearly identical to Toll Brothers Savoy.
Anyone know a good trademark attorney? There is more I am sure, The Aspen is a Tindal Plan, the Exeter I've seen elsewhere too, and go to Tom Paparone's Gloucester County website and you will see Paparone Homes' Hollandale:
http://www.paparonedistinguishedproperties.com/communities/profile.asp?cid=61
Then go to Piersol Homes and see their very similar Buckingham.
http://piersolhomes.com/buckingham.htm
Be sure to measure your Piersol house against the floor plans and square footage. See if you have sealed plans by an architect. Ask your attorney if the plans were "borrowed" by your builder can you be sued later?
Have your insulation checked r values are critical.
Susan Piersol married the devilish Bob Rodgers (in Las Vegas duh....). I feel sorry for her, seeing him run around and all the porno email.
Also my experience was Savannah Realty does not give out Consumer Notice as required by the real estate commission and have no RESPA disclosure or Estimated Closing Costs in their paperwork. Is that state law?
They lied about delivery dates and leave their houses open to the elements for months.
Check utility payments and taxes on other homes, measure square footage before you buy and or settle with Piersol Homes. They had a report on TV on this very issue.
Susan Piersol and Bob Rodgers turn their staff over every 90 days. I guess not many folks have the stomache to lie to home buyers like they do.
They make you pay your good faith deposit to them directly so I would be concerned with what you can do when their defaults begin and the lies become clear.
Susan Piersol is on The Bank board so if you have an issue do not be afraid to go to Banking Commission. http://www.occ.treas.gov/ and at http://www.njdobi.org/consumer.htm.
Bob Rodgers shows as a salesperson on Real estate commsssion website, search "savannah" at
http://www.state.nj.us/cgi-bin/dobi/licenseesearch/licenseesearch.pl
as do his two products of another bad marriage Marissa and Jonathan.
Check your paperwork to see if they disclosed this incestuous relationship anywhere. New Jersey Real Estate Commission Complaint Form is at
http://www.njdobi.org/remnu.shtml.
Check them out Piuersol Homes on TV.
"Homewrecked Continued"
Fox29 Undercover
"Homes Too Short"
By Jeff Cole, Fox29 News
Jaime and Terry Rowlyk hired a home inspector to look at the house they are buying in South Jersey . They were worried about something they discovered during construction last April.
I noticed that the rooms didn't look right according to the plans that we had, said Jaime Rowlyk.
It turned out the home was missing two feet in the back of the house! The great room and two upstairs bedrooms were too small. The square footage missing equaled the size of a small room!
"Too short houses" turn up so often now- the syndrome is being investigated by New Jersey 's State Commission of Investigation.
We're not talking cheap builders that's really the shocking part they are the recognized names, said Charlotte Gaal, SCI 's Deputy Director.
One issue- model home "plans" given to buyers like the Rowlyks, often don't show square footage, so it can be difficult for buyers to judge size during construction.
Hey and if you get a sheet showing upgrades in model, I would be shocked. Don't let them fake you out at Piersol Homes. Your Piersol Home won't be sharp as their model.
http://www.fox29.com/news/home_wrecked_script.shtml
I just had a call last week where the woman has alleged in one room alone she's missing 40 square feet, said Gaal.
I don't know how Susan Piersol's poor first husband died, so Bob Rodgers could move in. Does anyone know?
It is a shame the Ten Commandments aren't part of their business plan, at least I couldn't find them on their Piersolhomes.com website. Want to see what they look like, the little general, next to the foolish widow?
http://piersolhomes.com/about.htm
How much do you think they spend on plastic surgery? They still look two dimensional like cardboard cutouts. I think they moved his to make him look taller then her 5 5' height.
Check out this internet quote:
Whenever Jones looked at Robert Rodgers he always envisioned the man's trademarked, capitalized name, ROBERT, floating in the air in front of him. The man did look like a walking tradmark: perfect helmet of hair; scrubbed, powdered, and patted skin; artificial gray suit whose polyester fibers caught the rays of the sun just so; fake shoes, fake smile, fake religion, fake everything. The man, previously in the business of making PVC pipe furniture, had developed the ROBERT System and had published Healing Your Inner Best Friend: The ROBERT System to Happiness and Fulfillment. He had become richer than his wildest dreams, which is to say still not as rich as he was sure he needed to be.

Not this man

I dont agree with any of these reports and I think its unfair to write about this man's personal life. What exactly does his marriage and children have to do with building a house? Nothing! And it isnt anyone's business who works for him and for how long. The only concern should have been the building of your house. And since Bob doesnt actually build the house, why didnt someone check on the progress? You are going to have some problems when it comes to building a house, however I believe if anyone would have went to Bob, he would have corrected it. To me, it seems like someone let the ball drop and want to put it off on Bob Rodgers. If you have invested top dollar to have a house built, why didnt you have an attorney look at the plans? Why didnt you make it a point to check the house? It is your responsibility to take care of that investment. You slamming Bob on here doesnt change that you fell behind on the progress. In fact, if this was a real complaint, why bring Bob and Susan's personal business here? I dont understand what this has to do with your house.
My husband and I have been working with Bob Rodgers for several months. This man has been very kind to us. He has not taken a "good faith" check, all though we offered it to him to several times. And he has taken every concern of mine and put them at ease.
Our house will be built soon. I trust and have faith that this house will be my home thanks to him.

Nice. As if itsn't bad enough that the wife hires a personal friend as an officer, who's been married multiple times and has an unmarried pregnant teenage grand-daughter. Yeah, they are keeping families together....why am I not surprised?
