PillPack LLC PillPack Repeatedly failed to send medication, lies about it Manchester New Hampshire

AVOID PillPack. For MONTHS a medication prescribed by my doctor has failed to be included in my PillPack shipment. We have gone around and around and around on this. Always the same scripted answer: "We’ve sent your doctor faxes and got no reply.” I’ve checked this with my doctor each time and both he & his staff have confirmed that his office has indeed responded to PillPack with the script.

When I’ve contacted PillPack with this they have REPEATEDLY told me that, "oh yes, we got the script and will send the medication out this week in a separate shipment.” Another scripted answer. And the medication NEVER SHOWS UP. LIES. So today, after going through this shitshow all over again, in contravention of PillPack having said before that the medication was on its way, and having NEVER BEEN DELIVERED, I call PillPack and the phone rep gives me the same scripted bullsh*t answer that the faxes were never replied to by my doctor.

THIS COMPANY LIES. THEY CAN’T GET THEIR STORY STRAIGHT. I've reported this to my doctor who does not appreciate that he and his staff—he is attached to a major hospital which monitors these things minutely—are being made out to be liars by PillPack. The rep this morning then had the nerve to talk back at me and tell me that "you’re not being professional”, in the face of my extreme frustration after months of this, as if somehow we were both sitting in PillPack HR.

You DO NOT TALK TO A CUSTOMER THIS WAY. She apparently received no training on how to de-escalate a situation. As of now, I’m cancelled from PillPack. I will return to my brick & mortar pharmacy which never got my medications wrong; I should’ve never left them in the first place. Especially for PillPack, a classic rip-off and company of very poor business practices. AVOID LYING RIP-OFF PILLPACK.
