I placed a order on thier website. I got a response that it had been approved on 7-31-04 and that it was waiting for a pharmacy.. 3 days goes by no response to my emails requesting to cancel my order when thier website claims 24 hour response. I tried to find a phone number until 8-4-04. I called them spoke with a rep by the name of Lisa, she said that she was going to cancel the order.

I checked site the order status still remained the same. I called again and spoke with another rep. Raquel and explained to her and she said that she was going to cancel the order too. I checked site again today and the order still was active and I called again asked to check the status and the rep (didn't get his name) said that it was still waiting to be processed and shipped. I asked to speak with a supervisor and asked what the name of the corporation was and asked for physical address and told her that I have asked 3 times to cancel the order directly to thier reps and she said that she would talk to them but gave excuses. They say that they have cancelled my order but how do I know that this is true. They are running a scam and I think someone should check them out who knows how many people have had this happen to them.

Raquel told me that they answer for many websites told me to place an order with another site but to use another credit card so that it doesn't show as fraud. Something is very wrong!
