Pimsleur Language Internet Order LLC Pimsleur had had aggred to accept in return the language I did not wish to keep due to the price of $295.00. Pimsleur turned me into a collection agency whom I contated with all the FedEx proof of delivery, with a signature from a T. Church. This was taken care of and my name was cleared by the collection agency, however, Pimsleur last month turned me into a totally different collection agency Cohoes New York Or Philadelphia Pennsylvania

Pimsleur had had agreed to accept in return the language I did not wish to keep due to the price of $295.00. Pimsleur turned me into a collection agency whom I contacted with all the FedEx proof of delivery, with a signature from a T. Church. This was taken care of and my name was cleared by the collection agency, however, Pimsleur last month turned me into a totally different collection agency in September.
This company is extremely hard up for business and is extremely shady in their business tactics. They are dishonest in every area of business sense. My plans are now to file a civil suite against Pimsleur for Fraud, defamation of character, slander, plans also include to file another law suite against this new and different Collection Agency for not doing an investigation to see if Pimsleur actually had received the product signed by T. Church in June of 2008. There lack of professionalism and ignorance is the cause of the suites.
I do believe that they are on the same boat as wall street by cheating the customer and the Fed's. Next we will see them filling for bankruptcy to cheat the tax payer.

We do not ship or charge without an order being placed by a customer.
