Pink Lavish Boutique LLC Markesha Tillman Took my money and ran!!!! Internet

 Some clothing items were ordered from this online site (Pink Lavish Boutique LLC). The day that I received the items, I immediately contacted the store for a refund because the items weren't as described. Being an avid online shopper, I had already looked at the return policy which said 30 days after purchase unopened and unworn for a full refund. So great! I attempted to do a return for a refund on the site which is confusing in itself. But it tried to give me store credit. So I contacted the owner and said, "I would like a refund, but your site is issuing me store credit when your policy clearly states that you get a full refund within the 30 day period. (It said nothing about store credit) so she tells me why her site issues store credit and it was because I didn't specify it in a little comment box. (Which really began to sound weird to me) So I specifically told her that I did not want store credit and that I wanted a refund and what are the necessary steps to take. So she said to ship the items back and gave me a shipping address. I shipped the items back that same week and waited the 4 weeks for a refund (as the policy states) After the 4 weeks I emailed her again asking for an update on my refund. She quickly replied and and, "Sure! What items did you return?" I quickly replied back and told her what the items were and also gave her my order numbers. Currently it's been 2 weeks since that conversation and 6 weeks since I returned the items. I've also attempted to email her again and call the number provided and the answering machine doesn't even sound like a business! It sounds like someone's personal cell phone! (Now I'm really weirded out and pissed off!) Not to mention that I searched her name and it came back that she was arrested for stealing money! (It could have been someone else, but I don't know too many Markesha Tillman so my gut is telling me that it was her) If you see Pink Lavish Boutique anywhere while online shopping, RUN!!
