I worked for Pinkerton model and talent on a commission base. My job was to recite models for the agency. I fulfilled my duties and more with out receiving any pay what so ever. I quit with the agreement that I was to receive a percentage of what ever jobs the models booked. I had contacted Lynn several time asking about the past due amounts several times. we even came to an agreement where she pays me in a payment form. She never follows through with her word. I finely am fed up with this and speak to my Layer. He says that we can file paperwork with the courts.
 I decide to give them one more chance. I go into the office and have a meeting with Lynn. She now has an accountant that deals with the finances. The accountant had never heard of me or what Lynn was doing. The accountant tried to say that they didnt have any funds available. I then said If I leave this office with out anything I was going to the Santa Monica court house and was going to file a law suit. the accountant then proceeded to tell me that they dont deal with threats and people like me. she wrote me a check for half of the amount owed and said I would be sent the other half with in a week. I have called (was very polite) and was given attitude and told they would call me to let me know when the funds were available. I have spoke with several of the models that I signed to the agency and they said that they have worked and are still waiting for payment. I strongly advise any models or anyone else that is thinking about working with pinkerton model and talent NOT TO.
