I have signed with Pinkerton Model & Talent as a Talent,
I have worked for them on a project and they haven't been paying me for 2 months, pretendind they didn't received the check, while the client sent the check to them one week after the job.
I have sent multiple emails and made multiple phone calls to follow up for that check, I even show up at the office and meet Lynn Venturella: the Owner/Accounting person who told me on the day of my visit:
-I don't know if we have received the check, I cannot access the computer, it is my assistant who does that
-We haven't processed it yet
-We are not late
By law she has 30 days to pay when she received the check, she has been holding my money for more than 60 days after received this check.
Lynn believes she is above the law and was excited when I told her I will take legal actions, she has zero integrity, zero professionalism, and I just found that many other talents have been abused by her thanks to this website.
I am filing with Labor Board.
I hope you, Los Angeles talents stay away from this Agency for your own good.
