This is to let eveyone know that you don't have to take Pinnacale's abuse at the rate they give it. No matter what your position in life is the consumers are not dogs to be kicked around.
So now here is your chance to put a stop to there abuse and threats. All collection company's are regulated by ACA International and here is how to get back at (PFG).
Go to (acainternational.org) when it loads up click on code of conduct then on the next page click on (ACA's Code of Ethics and Operations) this will open in a PDF file, when it opens scroll down to (Code of Ethics) and read until you get to (Code of Operations) then close. Now you know how they are suppose to act in regaurds to you and there collection practices.
Now that you know and have closed the PDF file go to the top of the page and click on ( File an Ethics Complaint ) when this page opens scroll down until you see ( Consumer Complaint Prosses ) and click on it.
When this page opens you will find every thing you need to make your complaint agaist ( PFG ) including the complaint form.
Be sure to tell everything don't leave anything out even include there names & positions at the company, also get a recording device and record every phone conversation you have with them.( important thing to remember tell them they are being recorded) so it will be admissable in cort if you have to sue them. Also don't worry there so cocky they will act like they always do. You can find all of your recording devices at your locol Radio Shacke.
Digital is best for vioce recorings.

#2 Consumer Suggestion
Waste of time

This is a trade organization to help the folks who make their living collecting monies that are owed. Folks should spend their time filing complaints with the FTC, their State Attorney General, and sueing debt collectors who violate the FDCPA.
""All collection company's are regulated by ACA International and here is how to get back at (PFG).""
Nonsense. There is no law requiring that a debt collection agency be a member of this private TRADE ASSOCIATION. All debt collection agencies are regulated by the FTC, federal laws, and state laws. When they violate the law, report them to the appropriate governmental agencies and sue them in District Court.
""Go to (acainternational.org) when it loads up click on code of conduct then on the next page click on (ACA's Code of Ethics and Operations) this will open in a PDF file, when it opens scroll down to (Code of Ethics) and read until you get to (Code of Operations) then close. Now you know how they are suppose to act in regaurds to you and there collection practices.""
Again, this is a non-profit TRADE ASSOCIATION. Any rules they have apply ONLY to their members and they are "self regulating." Whoopie. They don't have any more authority to "regulate" non-members than the BBB. Consumers should visit the FTC website at www.ftc.gov and download the FDCPA and the FCRA to learn what restrictions apply to ALL debt collectors by these FEDERAL LAWS. Consumers should also vist the website for their State Attorney General to learn about the restrictions imposed in their state by state statutes.
""Now that you know and have closed the PDF file go to the top of the page and click on ( File an Ethics Complaint ) when this page opens scroll down until you see ( Consumer Complaint Prosses ) and click on it.""
Complete waste of time IMO. Why bother with some private non-profit business to make a complaint when one can SUE in District Court and get paid for the damages caused by debt collection agency? You don't think this trade organization is gonna criminally prosecute one of their members do you? Do you think they will "fine" a member $1000 and give it to the consumer who complained? Of course not.
""When this page opens you will find every thing you need to make your complaint agaist ( PFG ) including the complaint form.""
More garbage. Folks would be better advised to read and comprehend the FDCPA and FCRA and their State statutes that GOVERN ALL debt collection agencies.
""Be sure to tell everything don't leave anything out even include there names & positions at the company, also get a recording device and record every phone conversation you have with them.( important thing to remember tell them they are being recorded) so it will be admissable in cort if you have to sue them. Also don't worry there so cocky they will act like they always do. You can find all of your recording devices at your locol Radio Shacke.""
Again, I'll emphasize this is a TRADE ASSOCIATION for folks who are in the business of debt collections. Who side do you think they're going to be on-a consumer who makes a complaint with them or their DUES PAYING members? Further, if I were going to sue a debt collector, I sure as heck wouldn't tip off a private organization that will most likely ADVISE them how to beat my lawsuit!!!
