PinnacleCart.com are nothing more then a couple of guys pretending to run an IT company. They promise many things and do not deliver. When budget Business trusts a company like this, we expect that are money, time, efforts, will be rewarded. This company put us offline for 8 days! 100% and refused to do anything but makes things right.
We are asking all people who have ever been ripped off by Pinnacle Cart to contact us a.s.a.p. We are to file a joint criminal and civil lawsuit against these
providers that are making a bad name for everyone in the entire business.
We were promised services that were critical to our development.
They swore up and down that Sold out items would be removed.
They have no way to do that, even 10 months later!
We have found many other upset people who they have screwed over.
These are B to B companies, and what happens is PinnacleCart.com takes your money, acts like real IT, when the farm most of it out to other people.
Long story short, please visit this link, and please contact us.
The customers are the ones paying the price, getting angry and companies that are real, because Pinnacle Cart takes no care into providing the needs after they promise you everything and deliver very little.
Do you homework and do not take out word.
This company is a scam. What is even worse is that many hard working people, are developing their cart, and when they get into problems, well, do your homework and get back to us.

Bottom line, when you are told before you even use them that SOLD OUT ITEMS are removed from a database of 20,000+ items that change every day, and they tell you that they do remove sold out items, and DO NOT, it is a lie.
And what is even worse it takes months to get this setup.
They reserve some right to cancel your account within 10 days, but if you want to leave them, they require 30 days. But I could not find any ware at all about this 10 day thing which gives you no time to move.
They had us 100% offline for almost 9 days, and did nothing at all to make things up. There is so much more, it is amazing.
But Pinnaclecart.com is in our own and many others opinion not to be trusted at all. Please help us with reporting your problems so we can go after them for Criminal and Civil Join Lawsuite Action. The sooner the better!
Get this, they emailed us, and we have records of this, that if we did not remove our complaints, they would shut us down at the end of the week. But, they did not even wait that long, they took us offline the next day.
And that is after them taking us offline for 9 days prior.
There is so much more here. And none of it is in their favor.

Pinnacle Cart is an established eCommerce application with an excellent reputation in the industry. Our business was created to fill a void in the marketplace for a solid, feature-rich shopping cart application that would help business of all sizes succeed. Before I address this specific complaint, it should be noted that this client still uses Pinnacle Cart and all complaints submitted have been dropped. This particular client had an issue with a feature included in the cart that would allow customers to upload and sell products through a partner of ours. This vendor changed the data feed structure and didn't notify us which caused some small issues in a couple of clients running the cart. We pride ourselves on providing our customers world-class, 24/7 US-based support and we communicated with this client on a daily basis as we were working through the issue and get the feed working properly. Since this feed was not provided by our company we were unable to resolve the issue until the vendor provided us with the correct data structure. The claim of "Failed for 9 months to fix anything" is grossly inaccurate and simply not correct. This issue was corrected as soon as we received the correct information from the vendor and has been working correctly for some time now.
