Pinnacle Financing I have been HARASSED beyond all words by Pinnacle Financing group. They are telling me that I owe $381.81 for a Bank Card, yet can't tell me what the charges are. I NEVER used the bankcard, and told them that I was hospitalized for a year and couldn't pay the card 'that I didn't use' It's all LATE FEES for not paying; not once did i charge on the card! I'm basically paying for the initiation fee, Minneapolis Minnesota

I have been HARASSED beyond all words by Pinnacle Financing group. They are telling me that I owe $381.81 for a First Premiere Bank Card, yet can't tell me what the charges are. I NEVER used the bankcard, and told them that I was hospitalized for a year and couldn't pay those initiation fees that come with card. I eventually paid those initiation fees, but because they renew every year, they've charged me for new renewal fees for a card that I NeVER use....I've asked them several times to close the account. But instead it was turned over to Pinnacle who is the epitome of a bad collection agency. Rude, curt, demanding..It's all LATE FEES for not paying on the initiation fees.

Sherman Finance is an umbrella company of multiple different collection agencies that buyJUNK DEBT for pennies on the dollar and then break FDCPA law to try and collect on debts that are no longer collectible.
You have to send a debt validation demand letter - they will not be able to validate and will have have to stop collecting.
They will then sell it to another collection agency.
