There office mailed out a listing to me for contractors.  I contacted several contractors.  Some showed and no follow-ups on their part.  I met with a Jeff Leedle and decided to use him to renovate my kitchen.  Project started 10/2009.

First do not use NARI.  They have no power to assist you unless you pay them out-of-pocket.  They do not give you additional information regarding if they are licensed and/or how long they been participants with their association.

The first day Pinnacle Home Improvements, (Jeff Leedle) stated he would be @ the residence at a certain time.  Only arriving late.  It's alot of detail.  Bottom line.

The cabinets are unleveled.

He stole my two outlets after asking him to return them.

He or the company stole my trash can to put the old pipes in.

He had me go out and purchase nails because the ones earlier I purchased were the wrong side.

Pinnacle return some of the old pipes.  They are a different color under the sink than the some of the newer ones.

The garbage disposal he decided to purchase and charge me, burnt and left a residue inside the cabinets.

I contacted to other technicians and one to install the appliances.  He stated he's not sure if contactor (Pinnacle has a permit and/or if they are city ordiance). 

He forced entry into my property on 10/19/2009.  He broke my ceiling fixutre.  He replaced two cabinets. The cabinets came with holes in them.  Manufacturer stated that they have holes in them because the company have to hang them.???  Jeff Leedle (Pinnacles) replaced a cabinet with a larger obvious hole.

Pinnacle did not align or measure the new cabinets causing the ceiling fixture to be off centered.  I requested that he does not touch it.  They do not clean up after themselves.  They left my blinds open and dented the wall @ the front entrance by either removing or delivering the new cabinets.  Pinnacle remove an outlet from the floor.  It's obvious that they did not measure property and in the basement, I had to clean-up those people messes. 

The patio door was replaced and the contractor he hired was running out of paint.  He missed several spots.  What's important is that the door is not secured.  I was awaken by some noise and believed someone was entering in my residence.  Only to find out it's the new patio door and they neglected to paint the inside near the patio.  The kitchen was painted and Omar, the painter neglected to even out the texture on the wall.  So now I have smooth and rough style texture near the kitchen cabinets.

When Jeff Leedle forced entry in my place on 10/14/2009. This demon took my pen to write out a message to me. I immediately went to file a complaint and ask the person behind the desk to contact Jeff Leedle.  He took my home keys. 

He left a message the next day without any apology and/or remorse and stated he would return the keys.  I thought about it and figured if the ignorant, unprofessional contractor can break in to a single woman's home - it's possible he may may duplicates of these keys.

I emailed NARI and Jeff Leedle of my concerns.  He has stated he in writing, he filed a lien on my condo and will hold my keys.  The officer did not file a report on Jeff Leedle.  If this contractor was black, I possible he would have been arrested!

You would have to see the kitchen - it is not worth the cost.  I do not have the money now to clean up his mess. 

One imporant thing a consumer should know.  Jeff Leedle answers every call on his cell phone.  I know this because I had to take my vacation time and heard and show him leave my premises.  Show he's not watching or taking out time to focus on my kitchen the way I saw fit.  I had no running water or kitchen @ all and Jeff Leedle stated that if another customer calls him - it's is responsibility to assist them.  That they are priopority.

When I first met with him, there was a red flag!.  When he bad mouth Anderson Home Repair in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Pinnacle will rob your property and is overpriced for the work performed.  A contractor investigated the kitchen and started laughing out loud.  The only reason why he stopped laughing is because he noticed I was going to cry.

Jeff Leedle had no reason to force entry in my property.  At the time, he had 3 phone numbers to reach me.

I contacted an attorney and will follow-up with small claims court.  I want other single women to know how he handles his business.
