This company is nothing but a BIG FRAUD! They first create unworkable "conditions of employment" and then find every means under the rainbow to rip you off and not pay you. Many of the secretaries have not been paid! Many of the mechanics have not been paid! Many top managers have not been paid and quit!

I'm a former sales rep and have not been paid commissions earned to the tune of several thousand dollars! I guess I should have known it was a scam. They give you a petty draw of $500 on the 5th and $500 on the 20th of the month in which you make your first sales and don't pay you commissions until the 10th of the following month. By the time you get your check you've made them 10+ sales and then they rip you off for your commissions when they finally do pay you. According to an agreement you sign when you first go to work for them, if you resign you lose any and all commissions earned.

If you stay they keep telling you that they will make up your check on the 10th of the following month. You stick with believing in them (because a lot of car dealers are legit and will take care of you), sell another 10 cars in the interim and come the following 10th you are shorted that much more on commissions you have coming, let along not getting the money they already owed you from the previous month.

I was there for over 4 months and can't believe that they never paid me, found ways to rip me off and then tried to make it seem I was being a "cry baby"! I'm not the only one to have this occur to them as 19 of us walked off the job on the 10th of October!

These people are nothing but liars and cheaters and the two people who are the "KINGS OF CON" are Barry Buresh, Sales Director and Patrick Hicke, General Manager. Something else they do that I was always told to keep secret or get fired is they con people in terms of down payment checks. Any checks they are "supposed to hold for 21 days" they cash within 3 days after and say it's the "cost of doing business" and "one more source of income!" so clients are big time screwed as well with numerous overdrawn accounts, accounts being closed for non-payment and derogatory marks being placed on their credit reports.

FOREWARNED IS FOREARMED! Don't do business with or work with these scam artists. They are owned by Larry Van Tuyl whose known for these tactics! Too bad I didn't know this before I made the mistake of working for them! Their other dealerships include Showcase Honda, Showcase Mazda, Camelback Toyota, Camelback Subaru, Peoria Nissan, Peoria Infiniti, Van Chevrolet and others!

OVER THREE ADDITIONAL CLIENTS SCREWED BY BARRY BURESH

AUTHOR: Wade - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, October 18, 2008

This guy calls and says he wants to rectify things. Then screws three more clients today, deceiving them by saying wrecked cars aren't as bad as shown in Carfax reports. Turns out mechanics says very bad and undangerous! Let alone, he of course, never rectified anything! What a liar, scammer and thief!

#1 Consumer Suggestion

Hey Wade, Ask yourself what is it that many car dealers wind up in a court of law?

AUTHOR: Stick - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, October 15, 2008

Go to the below web site and type in your "favorite Car dealer's Business name" and watch what pops up.

http://www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/docket/CivilCourtCases/caseSearch.asp

I ask why is it that so many car dealers wind up in a court of law so many times?

Go to the BOX titled Search by "Business Name" and type in the name of the car dealer you like or dislike and watch what pops up. Many car dealers do not want you to PEEP what you will find.
